For over a decade, Kyle Grand has brought intensity, intention, and artistry to the Arizona tattoo scene. Originally from Salinas, California, Kyle began tattooing in 2009 and has since honed a style that merges heavy blackwork, sigilism, and the macabre into powerful, talismanic designs.
Now based in Old Town Scottsdale at Dame of the West Tattoo, Kyle is known for creating work that’s not only visually striking but also deeply meaningful to each client.
Tattooing with Intention

He draws inspiration from ancient talismans, religious motifs, and modern culture—sometimes weaving in unexpected details like eyes inspired by digital art or mythic iconography.
